Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
An execution is counted each time a workflow runs from start to finish, regardless of how many nodes it contains. If a workflow has 10 nodes, that is still 1 execution. Retries of failed nodes do not count as additional executions.
When you reach your monthly execution limit, your workflows will pause until the next billing cycle. You will receive email alerts at 80% and 100% usage. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional execution packs at any time to resume.
Yes. Both the Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.

When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Pro plan costs $23/month billed annually ($276/year) instead of $29/month.
FlowAI is open-source at its core. You can self-host the community edition for free. The paid plans offer our managed cloud service with additional features, support, and guaranteed uptime. Enterprise customers can also get a self-hosted license with full features.
